Bangor Young Men Football club held their annual awards evening in the Marine Court Hotel on Friday 16th May 2008 where a large turnout saw Glentoran stalwart Colin Nixon present the awards. The awards were as follows.

The Senior Club AGM was held on Saturday 24th May 2008 where a good turnout of members elected the following to represent the club.

Training for all teams commences on Tuesday 15th July 2008 @ 6.45pm at the Valentine Playing Fields and will continue every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays thereafter until further notice. All new and existing players will be made most welcome. A full training schedule is in place for pre season including sessions with top level coaches.
